Senior IT Engineer
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Hybrid remote
Division: IT Support Services
Reports to: Support Services Manager
The role:
A customer-facing position where you'll own technical delivery across a range of clients, turning alerts, vulnerabilities and service data into prioritised remediation, and leading regular service review meetings. It's a well-exposed role and a genuine step up from previous 1st and 2nd line work.
The package:
- £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid remote working
- Reports to the Support Services Manager within IT Support Services
Why it's worth a look:
- Own technical delivery across a variety of customers, not just tickets
- Lead service review meetings and present directly to clients
- Work hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server and security tooling
- Excellent exposure in a fast-paced environment
- Drive remediation, from CVE review through to patching and hardening
You'll need:
- 5+ years' managed services / MSP experience
- 2nd line background with strong Microsoft and security knowledge
- Confident communication and good organisation
- Microsoft certifications held or in progress
