The OpportunityAs a Sales Development Representative, you'll own the top of the sales funnel and play a critical role in generating pipeline for the business. This is a genuine outbound sales role. You'll be prospecting, cold calling, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers across the UK. What You'll Be Doing * Building and managing a targeted prospect list * Conducting high-volume outbound activity via phone, email and LinkedIn * Engaging business owners and senior decision-makers * Identifying commercial challenges and qualifying opportunities * Booking high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team * Maintaining accurate CRM records * Contributing ideas and feedback to improve sales messaging, processes and playbooks * Learning how an elite startup sales function is built from the ground up What We're Looking For Essential Experience * Previous SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound sales experience * Confidence making cold calls and handling objections * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * High levels of resilience and self-motivation * Ambition to progress into a closing sales role * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environmentHighly Desirable * Experience selling SaaS, technology or business services * Familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), ChatGPT, Claude or similar technologies * Experience selling to SMEs * Evidence of consistently exceeding targets What Success Looks Like You'll quickly become a trusted part of the commercial team, consistently generating qualified opportunities and helping shape the company's go-to-market strategy. <h1>Paid Media Specialist</h1>Derbyshire | On-site | £35,000 DOEWe're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a growing marketing team within an ambitious and fast-paced business.This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving campaign performance and seeing the direct impact of their work.
